FAQ:
1. Could I put my own logo on the floor box?
    Sure, customers' logo can be made by laser or engraved.

2. Should I pay extra for logo printing?
    For engraved, when your total ordered quantity is more than 2,000pcs, no need for the extra logo cost.
    If  your quantity is small, you should charge USD350 primary.
    When your quantity gets 2,000pcs, we will return USD350 back to you.
    For laser, normally the floor box is charged USD0.085 for each one.

3. How about the quality?
    Our professional QC team will inspect the floor box for each one piece.

4. Could I buy 1 piece sample first and small order?
    Of course, support sample order and small order, especially for new customers under certain condition.

5. How much for one piece sample?
    Some cheap ones may free for 1pcs, but need to see the actual stock.
    Some expensive like DCT-638 Double pop up floor box and desktop socket, we will quote you the unit price.

6. If I have my thoughts, do you have person to design according to my concept?
    Certainly, our design team is willing to do for you.

7. How long to make a sample?
    If with no extra demand, it can be shipped within 1 working day.

8. Is the sample fee refundable or not?
    Sure, refundable once order confirmed.

9. How many days for mass producing?
    It takes 25-40 days after we confirm.

10. Are you a factory or trading company?
      We are a factory.

11. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
      We are located in Yueqing city, Zhejiang province, near Shanghai, Hangzhou and Yiwu.
      By train, about 4 hours from Shanghai, 3 hours from Hangzhou, and 2 hours from Yiwu.
      Only 40 minutes drive from the Wenzhou airport.
      We can pick you in the Wenzhou airport and the Yueqing port (If by train).

12. What is your MOQ?
      Our MOQ is 100pcs for each one item.

13. Can you do OEM?
      Yes, we can do OEM.

14. Will you provide spare parts?
      If you have this requirement, we can do it for you.
      Normally spare include packing box, screws to install the product, and some other necessary accessories.
